We had a great time decorating the condo. There's more fun art pieces to show you but, you really should check them out for yourself! We'd love to have you as a guest.
Thanks for reading the Coconut Diaries!

The condo was a blank canvas. We bought it empty. All those newly painted blank walls were just begging for some colorful art! Beachy, Hawaii inspired artwork is so much fun to pick out! Here's a few items from the condo... Bob Phillips painted this cute little acrylic painting. I love it! It's sitting on the desk in the bedroom. You can find Bob and his paintings at http://leftyphillips.com/. This is an original 1947 Pan Am ad. Imagine..."You can do it easily because Honolulu is now only 12 hours away from San Francisco or Los Angeles by Clipper". Only 12 hours! That puts my nearly five hour flight into perspective! This is a print of the painting "Ku'uipos" (sweethearts) by Heather Brown. It makes me smile! The birds are too cute and the couple reminds me of my husband and I. I bought this print on Heather's website http://heatherbrownart.com/home.php . Wasn't she nice to sign it?! A house warming gift from my mom. Or should I say condo warming gift? It's a hand painted tile that we hung in the kitchen. My mom loves Kauai as much as I do. Thanks Mom!
